1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, depositing PKR funds, or ordering numbers on NumberDesk, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using NumberDesk immediately.

2. Service Purpose & Permitted Use

NumberDesk is a public reseller platform that provides temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving one-time SMS verification codes (OTP). Numbers provided are intended solely for legitimate account verification and software testing.

You strictly agree NOT to use NumberDesk numbers for fraudulent activities, illegal spamming, harassment, impersonation, or circumventing regulatory compliance. Violation of this rule results in immediate account suspension without refund.

3. PKR Wallet & Financial Transactions

All user accounts on NumberDesk maintain a wallet denominated strictly in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits are processed manually or via authorized administrative review upon receipt of valid payment proof.

Wallet balances cannot be transferred between users. NumberDesk reserves the right to review, withhold, or decline suspicious deposit requests.

4. Order Fulfillment & Non-Refundable Allocation

Once virtual phone numbers are successfully allocated by upstream providers, the purchase is financially final and non-refundable. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to provider stock unavailability or gateway rejection, the reserved retail PKR deduction is automatically refunded back to your NumberDesk wallet balance.

5. Limitation of Liability

NumberDesk operates as an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by third-party platforms (such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Google, or OpenAI). We do not guarantee delivery rates caused by upstream telecommunication outages or platform bans.
