1. Information We Collect
When you register on NumberDesk, we collect your email address, full name, and encrypted authentication tokens. When you submit a deposit request, you may optionally provide transaction references and payment proof screenshots.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to maintain your NumberDesk account, track your PKR wallet ledger, process orders for virtual numbers, and provide customer support. We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third-party marketing companies.
3. Storage & Security
All sensitive payment proofs are stored inside private, encrypted storage buckets accessible strictly by the account owner and authorized administrators. Row Level Security (RLS) is strictly enforced on all database tables to prevent cross-account data leakage.
4. Gateway Isolation
When orders are processed through upstream routing gateways, no personal identifying details of NumberDesk users are transmitted. Only the requested service identifier and country parameters are utilized.
